Terms & Conditions

Pepple Ltd - Last updated: 11 March 2026

1. Payment Terms

All orders are supplied on a payment-in-advance basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. Production will not commence until full payment has been received and cleared funds confirmed.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Pepple Ltd reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes to the applicable VAT rate.

2. Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quoted prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices may be subject to change after the validity period has expired or if project specifications are amended after the quotation has been issued.

3. Artwork Approval

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs prior to production. Approval confirms that all dimensions, colours, spelling, layout, and positioning are correct. Pepple Ltd accepts no responsibility for errors once artwork approval has been provided.

4. Intellectual Property

Where the customer supplies artwork, images, or design files for printing, the customer warrants that they own or hold the appropriate licences for all such material and that its use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. The customer indemnifies Pepple Ltd against any claims, costs, or losses arising from a breach of this warranty.

Pepple Ltd retains ownership of any original designs, artwork, or creative work produced by Pepple Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the customer is granted a licence to use such work for its intended purpose.

5. Colour Variation

Due to differences between digital screens, print processes, materials, lighting conditions, and manufacturing tolerances, exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Minor colour variations between proofs, samples, and final printed products shall not be considered defects.

6. Batch Variation (Wall Coverings & Printed Materials)

Where products are produced in multiple batches or re-ordered at a later date, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. Pepple Ltd does not guarantee exact matching between different production runs.

7. Custom Printed Products — Non-Returnable

All printed materials, wall coverings, and window graphics are custom-produced to customer specifications and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defect or error attributable to Pepple Ltd.

Consumers purchasing as individuals (rather than businesses) are advised that the statutory 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 does not apply to bespoke or custom-made goods. This exemption will be confirmed at the point of order.

8. Measurements & Survey Responsibility

Where measurements are supplied by the customer or third parties, the customer accepts full responsibility for their accuracy. Pepple Ltd shall not be liable for errors, shortages, or additional costs arising from incorrect measurements unless a site survey has been carried out by Pepple Ltd and confirmed in writing.

9. Installation — Surface & Wall Condition

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all surfaces are suitable for installation, including being clean, dry, structurally sound, smooth, and properly prepared. Pepple Ltd shall not be responsible for adhesion failure, bubbling, peeling, cracking, or damage caused by unsuitable surfaces, underlying wall conditions, fresh paint, damp, dust, or structural movement.

10. Installation Environment Conditions

Installation may be affected by environmental factors including temperature, humidity, dust, ventilation, and site conditions. Pepple Ltd reserves the right to delay installation where conditions are deemed unsuitable. Pepple Ltd accepts no liability for issues arising from environmental conditions outside its control.

11. Installation Access & Site Readiness

The customer must ensure safe access to the installation area and that all areas are cleared and ready for installation at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply where delays occur due to site readiness or access issues.

12. Delays Outside Our Control

Pepple Ltd shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, courier issues, site access restrictions, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

13. Delivery & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection. Pepple Ltd is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers once goods have been dispatched.

14. Storage & Uncollected Goods

If goods are not collected or installation cannot proceed within 30 days of completion due to customer delay, Pepple Ltd reserves the right to charge reasonable storage fees. Goods remaining uncollected after 90 days may be disposed of without liability.

15. Ownership of Goods

All goods remain the property of Pepple Ltd until paid for in full.

16. Limitation of Liability

Pepple Ltd's liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under the relevant order. Pepple Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Pepple Ltd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Claims

Any claims for defects, shortages, or issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery or installation. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where consumer statutory rights apply.

18. Cancellation

Orders cancelled after production has commenced are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to production, any design time, administration costs, or materials purchased will be chargeable.

19. Data Protection

Pepple Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website at pepple.art. By placing an order, customers confirm they have read and understood how their data will be used.

20. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Pepple Ltd at info@pepple.art. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to mediation before pursuing legal proceedings.

Consumers also have the right to refer unresolved disputes to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme or to the relevant trading standards authority.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

22. Acceptance

Placing an order and/or providing payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
